The word yoga alone means several different things to different kinds of people. To some, it is a set of exercises that are meant to train your mind to focus on one thing at a time; while to others, it is simply sitting in solitude in meditation by verbally chanting a variety of words and sentences that are not part of the English language but nonetheless, are quite comforting all the while.
